RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY

We guarantee every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, write to us and we will provide you with the necessary return shipping information.

 

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return any products. You must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by Framesandgear.

 

Notice, we do not offer free global returns. Framesandgear does not cover the return cost.

 

Any faulty item can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. scratched, bent, or damaged), will not be refunded and be sent back to you. If the item has been used, a specific assessment will be made as to whether the item can be sold to another customer.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.

 

All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

INSTALLATION AND LIABILITY

While we stand behind the quality of our products, we cannot be held responsible for any damage, injury, or product failure resulting from improper installation, misuse, or incompatibility.

 

To ensure safety and optimal performance, all components must be installed by a certified bicycle mechanic at a professional bike shop. Any product that has not been installed in this manner falls outside the scope of our responsibility, and we do not accept liability for failures that occur under such conditions.

 

Framesandgear can not be held responsible for: Products determined to be tampered with, modified, or neglected Products that have been misused Products in lack of maintenance Products that are subject to normal wear and tear Products affected by a crash or sudden, obscure impact Products damaged due to improper installation/reinstallation Products used for any purpose other than the intended use Second-hand purchased products

 

All warranty cases will be determined solely upon review by Framesandgear. Each case will be reviewed individually by Framesandgear. This warranty program applies globally and does not differ from country to country.

 

Once a warranty claim has been filed and upon agreement to continue processing the claim by Framesandgear, the Framesandgear product, along with the original proof of purchase, must be returned to Framesandgear. The full address listing can be found on the contact page. All postage shall be paid by the user filing the warranty claim. Framesandgear shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

 

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, bank transfer, & Credit card. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in Euro.

 

We reserve the right to correct any errors or pricing mistakes, even if we have already requested or received payment.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.
