When do I get free shipping?

You get free worldwide shipping on orders over €50. Tracked delivery is included with every shipment.

Is there a minimum order value before I can get free shipping?

Yes. Free worldwide shipping applies to orders over €50. Orders below €50 may have a shipping fee at checkout.

When do i receive my tracking info?

If you have provided a valid email address, you will receive an automated email from our shipping partner within 1-2 days, stating a tracking number and where to track the package.

We primarily use UPS, FedEx, DAO, or PostNord as shipping partners.

How long is the shipping time?

Since we ship globally it depends on where you are located. Usually, shipping time within the EU are 1-4 business days, the United States is 2-6 business days, and Australia 3-7 business days.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, local customs duties, import VAT, tariffs, or carrier handling fees may apply. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

US orders
For shipments to the United States, import duties are paid by the customer at checkout when shown. This helps avoid extra duty charges upon delivery. The duty amount is not revenue for Framesandgear — it covers required import-related costs.

Return/refund policy

We guarantee every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, write to us and we will provide you with the necessary return shipping information.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return any products. You must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by Framesandgear.

Notice, we do not offer free global returns. Framesandgear does not cover the return cost.

Any faulty item can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. scratched, bent, or damaged), will not be refunded and be sent back to you. If the item has been used, a specific assessment will be made as to whether the item can be sold to another customer.

As soon as we receive the return, we will inspect it and make the refund or exchange accordingly.

How is my package delivered?

We ship directly to your home address, and you will receive your Framesandgear Component in a protected envelope directly to your mailbox.
