DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE FOR FREE?

Yes, Framesandgear ships globally for free, no exclusions. However, in some countries, we only offer untracked shipping due to local regulations and cooperation with our shipping partners. But in most countries tracked shipping is standard.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY BEFORE I CAN GET FREE SHIPPING?

No, we always ship for free, also if you buy a single component.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY TRACKING INFO?

If you have provided a valid e-mail adress, you will receive an automated email from our shipping partner within 2-3 days, stating a tracking number and where to track the package. We primarily use DHL, FedEx, DAO or PostNord as shipping partners.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Since we ship globally it depends on where you are located. Usually, shipping time within the EU are 3-4 business days, the United States is 4-6 business days, and Australia 7 business days.

HOW IS MY PACKAGE DELIVERED?

We ship directly to your home address, and you will receive your Framesandgear Component in a protected envelope directly to your mailbox.
